Daniel Madison - inFLIGHT
The Effect:
Not much of an effect as it's a pop out move. It can be an application to magic to reveal a card or just a cool way to make a card jump out of the deck. How you use it is up to you.
The Teaching:
There is a small bit of Madison talking at the beginning to tell you how to get in the position for doing the move. It then goes into slow motion and is taught like any other standard flourish. The move is done is slow motion and there is background music. It was fine.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, it's a nice move. I bought this a while back and I haven't performed it once though. The reason for that is because I quit XCM to focus only on my magic. However, if you are the type of magician that enjoys doing XCM or being flourishy with your magic, you'll like this. It may be easier to do the good ol' Hot Shot cut. Of course, sometimes you might wanna mix it up or something. This obviously isn't for me, but I think others will get some joy out of it as it's a nice pop out move. I think it looks pretty awesome and it's not too difficult. It has a bit of a knack, but you'll get over it after a bit of practice. So if you are into XCM, go pick this up. If you're not, then I don't know why you even bothered to read this review.
