Chrysalis: The Color Changing Deck For 2012!

"I took one of the most classic of plots in card magic and gave it a new home..come visit!"  Any of us who have been involved with card magic for at least a month knows the classic plot of the color changing deck..there are a TON of versions out in the magic ether. Why do we need one more? I believe that an effect that is as solid as the color changing deck should have room to breath and become something new, as a caterpillar enters into its Chrysalis to change into a beautiful butterfly, so do certain plots need fresh air breathed into them to change into something more magical and logical, I believe I have done just that"

" JM showed me this whole routine live and all I can say is WOW, I had a hundred methods in my head of how this was possible and it as all blown out the window as JM showed me the method to his madness.... This really is a work of art! The method is thought out really well. Each stage builds ontop of the next, making each phase more crazy than next.And the final phase! well took me completely by suprise, I made JM do it 3 times and I still couldn't work it out, all I could do was say WTF!!!!!This is a real worker, and I will be out using ASAP, its that good...... Ive been creating and performing for over 12 years and this for me was brilliant. A red -backed deck of cards is taken out and shown on both sides fairly. You ask the spectator to name a card. Lets say they name the 7 of spades. You very openly and fairly take out the 7 of sapdes and place it into their hand. You ask them if they noticed anything different about the cards. No? You then tell them that before you left the house you placed a blue -backed card in with the red -backed cards..they turn over the 7 and its the ONLY blue -backed card! (Hit 1) . Not wanting your deck to be out of sync with the world around you, you visually cause every single card to CHANGE to match the blue -backed card. (Hit 2) Then as an unexpected turn you place the now blue -backed cards into the case and you VISUALLY CHANGE THE ENTIRE CASE TO A BLUE CASE! (Hit 3)  Which can be show front and back and handed out...if you wish!
